2. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT¡¯S EIA PROCESS

2.1. Terms of References of the EIA Study

The EIA Study is in reference to the Revised Procedural Manual of DENR Administrative Order No. 30

Series of 2003 (DAO2003-30), the Implementing Rules and Regulations of PD 1586, establishing the

Philippine Environmental Impact Statement and DAO 2017-15, Guidelines on Public Participation

Process.

The technical information provided by DMCI-Project Developers, Inc. was also made as reference in the

study.

The results of the Public Participation Process conducted were made as basis for the preparation of the

Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).

The limit of the EIA Study considered Annex 2-10 of DAO 2005-30 as enumerated below.
