Opened in the 1995-96 school year, Santiago High School currently has an enrollment of approximately 3,752 students. It is one of five comprehensive high schools in the Corona-Norco Unified School District, which is located approximately 45 miles southeast of Los Angeles in the western section of Riverside County.

Santiago High School is focused on providing all students with the opportunity to achieve. We accommodate individual learning styles while maintaining high, obtainable expectations for students. Santiago High School is quite proud of its rigorous academic, vocational, and athletic programs, as well as its extensive range of extracurricular activities.

Staff and parents work together to create a learning environment that promotes academic and social development, teaches responsibility and pride, and models learning as a lifelong venture.

Graduation Requirements

Santiago High graduates are required to earn a minimum of 220 credits, five for each semester class passed with a "D" or better. These include: ? 8 semesters of Language Arts ? 4 semesters of Math ? 4 semesters of Science ? 2 semesters of World History, 2 semesters of U.S. History, 1 semester of Government,

and 1 semester of Economics ? 2 semesters Visual/ Performing Arts or 2 semesters of World Language ? 4 semesters of Physical Education ? 1 semester of Health ? 75 additional elective credits
