The Pennsylvania Economic Review, a publication of the Pennsylvania Economic Association (PEA), publishes scholarly articles and book reviews submitted from anywhere in the world and in all economic areas. The PER also welcomes submissions containing an analysis of the Pennsylvania economy. It encourages members of the Pennsylvania Economic Association who present papers at the Association's Annual Conferences to submit their papers for possible publication. Referees evaluate articles that authors submit for possible publication. Manuscript submission instructions can be found at the Pennsylvania Economic Association home page.
