Have you ever found yourself at a place in life, or in some circumstance, and realized that you thought you were following God's will for your life only to realize you left God's will somewhere in the past?

People who work on river boats check in first thing every morning and receive their `daily orders.' Those orders tell them what to do and where to go. Sometimes they contain the final destination but they can also change. Sometimes they make sense and sometimes they don't, but that's not their concern or problem. All they have to do is comply and on payday they receive their wages.

Can you imagine getting on an airplane, the pilot comes on the speaker and says "This is your captain speaking, in just a few minutes we'll be taking off but I don't know where we're going. We'll just fly around until we run out of fuel. Hopefully we'll be able to land safely."

Could it be that we sometimes live that way?

Let's look at some Scriptures that point us to seek God's direction daily.
