| |III. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports directly to the Director of Human Resources. Communicates with all employees,|

| |ACCOUNTABILITIES & MEASURES |
| |Employee Relations and HR Data Maintenance: |
| |New hire on-boarding. Measures include appropriate and timely introduction of new employees to Rain CII culture |
| |and complete timely file creation. |
| |Ensure all employees have a current job description, as required by our Quality system. Measures include all |
| |employees have a current job description. |
| |Maintain headcount and turnover spreadsheet. Measures include accuracy of spreadsheet. |
| |Service awards distribution and inventory management. Measures include accuracy and timeliness of awards and |
| |letters to employees. |
| |Maintain employee information In Outlook for HR use. Measurement includes accuracy and timeliness of updates. |
| |Maintenance of HR archive files – measures include timely destruction of files and organized storage. |
| |Administer the Random Drug Testing Program – measures include timeliness of testing employees; testing done with |
| |minimal assistance from the facilities; appropriate scheduling of employees and on or off-site testing. |
| |Appropriate and timely distribution of random alcohol and drug testing training offered by DISA (the program |
| |provider). |
| |Miscellaneous Benefits, Claims, and Invoice Administration: |
| |COBRA administration, including coordination with outsourced COBRA vendor and keeping up to date on government |
| |related COBRA mandates. Measures include accurate and timely communication with outsourced COBRA vendor. |
| |Medicare Part B administration. Measures include timely and accurate communication with Accounts Payable |
| |regarding Part B payments to active employees over the age of 65. |
| |Workers’ compensation claims filing. Measures include timely filing of workers’ compensation claims and processing|
| |of invoices and other related communications. |
| |Retiree pension calculations, balance monthly pension accounting statement, and process quarterly pension |
| |contributions as directed by the actuaries. Measures include accurate calculations, timely balancing of |
| |accounting statement, and timely processing of pension contributions. |
| |Process hourly and salaried retiree insurance premium payments, ensuring payments are received on time (or retiree|
| |is removed from the plan due to non-payment. Measures include timely processing of payments and accurate |
| |enrollment/disenrollment. |
| |Process various HR related payables and receivables. Measures include timeliness of invoice and payment |
| |processing. |
| |Provide backup support for the Payroll Administrator tasks. Measures include accurate and timely processing of |
| |payroll and other tasks as required. |
| |Other Duties: |
| |Maintenance of applicable HR procedures includes ensuring that the policies as related to the HR Generalist |
| |position are kept up to date as changes occur. |
| |Recruiting, selection, hiring, and retention of U.S. personnel. Measures include number of interviews conducted, |
| |zero judgments against the company relative to charges of unfair employment practices and number of successfully |
| |retained personnel. |
| |Provide prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and employee|
| |benefits. Measurement includes ability to consistently and accurately relay company information to prospective |
| |employees. |
| |Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, |
| |promotions, resignations, terminations, and retirements. Measurement includes accuracy and timeliness of reports.|
