Dining

USA Dining offers a wide variety of food and convenient services across campus. These services are designed with the students' needs in mind, providing fexibility and convenience to meet their demanding schedules. Visit to review all campus dining locations, including Moe's Southwest Grill, Panda Express, Chick-fl-A, Einstein Bros. Bagels, and more! All students living in University housing are required to have a meal plan. However, anyone can purchase a money-saving meal plan. These plans provide a discounted price over purchasing individual meals on each visit to the dining facility. In addition, residential and commuter students can purchase Dining Dollars to use at any food service location on campus. Dining Dollars are added to the ID card and are deducted each time there is a food service transaction.

University Refund Policies

The application fee, photo I.D. fee, Orientation fee, and late registration fee are not refundable. The $150 registration fee is non-refundable. A student who withdraws from a course or courses may claim a refund of course fees (100% refund during frst week of classes, 50% refund during second week) and any refundable miscellaneous fees, according to the dates established in the University Calendar. For complete withdrawals, other fees are proportionately refunded based upon University and/or Federal Financial Aid. Residential students withdrawing from the University should refer to their housing contract for room and meal plan refund information.

Tuition and fees are due immediately before the start of each semester.

Service Area - Residents of Escambia and Santa Rosa counties in Florida, and George, Greene, Harrison, Jackson, Perry, and Stone counties in Mississippi are not charged out-of-state tuition and pay the in-state rate.
