FEES

Unless otherwise noted, these fees are payable directly to Purdue University Global, may be paid using financial aid funds, and can be incorporated into the student's monthly payment plan.

Application Subject to the Three-Day Cancellation refund provision in the Enrollment Agreement, all students are required to pay a nonrefundable application fee of $45.00 prior to enrollment. This fee is waived for spouses and dependents (with military benefits) of U.S. military servicemembers and veterans, employees of preselected corporations and postsecondary institutions with which Purdue Global has an educational relationship, Indiana residents, and preapproved student groups. Application fees are not charged to U.S. military servicemembers.

Deposits A nonrefundable deposit of $25.00 is required at the time of reenrollment for returning students. Once the student begins classes, the deposit will be credited to the first term's tuition. This fee is not charged to U.S. military servicemembers or Indiana residents.

Technology All students enrolled in a standard program are required to pay a $295.00 technology fee per term ($200.00 for U.S. military servicemembers, veterans, and spouses). For the graduate business, information technology, and education programs, MSCJ, and MSHSEM, this fee is prorated to $150.00 per six-week term ($100.00 for U.S. military servicemembers, veterans, and spouses). Indiana residents receive a 10% reduction on technology fees per term.

All students enrolled in an ExcelTrackTM program are required to pay a $295.00 technology fee per term. For the graduate business, information technology, and education programs, MSCJ, and MSHSEM, this fee is prorated to $150.00 per six-week term. There are no reductions applied to the technology fee in ExcelTrack programs.

Additional Technology Requirements for Courses Along with the Technology Requirements listed in the Catalog, all students should review and be aware of any additional software and hardware requirements for their classes prior to enrollment. Course Assessments A fee of $100.00 is required for each course assessment taken.

Transcripts A fee of $10.00 is charged for each copy of an official transcript. A $2.00 shipping and handling fee will be charged if the receiving school is unable to accept electronic delivery. Additional fees are as follows: notarized, $30.00; rush delivery, $25.00. Students will receive one free copy of their official diploma. Additional fees are as follows: duplicate/replacement, $25.00 (free if damaged in shipment or printed with errors); notarized, $30.00; apostille, $100.00.

Additional Fees A $25.00 fee will be added for all returned checks.

POLICIES

1. Books and other instructional materials are estimated at $50.00 to $250.00 per course. They are not included in the cost of tuition; some courses may require students to purchase additional course materials from another source.

2. U.S. military servicemembers are not eligible for Purdue Global scholarships, tuition vouchers, or discounts. Military spouses may be eligible for a 10% reduction on standard graduate program tuition.

3. Indiana residents may not combine the Indiana tuition rate with Purdue Global scholarships, tuition vouchers, or other reductions.

4. Not all programs are available in all states. Check with an Admissions Advisor.

5. Tuition and fees are subject to change after 30 days' advance notice. See the current University Catalog/Addendum for an explanation of the Refund Policy.

6. Tuition is payable in full every term. Tuition payments can be made at the following website: .

7. Students who take courses offered by other programs within the University may be charged a different tuition rate than that for their program of study.

8. Full-time status in a graduate program is defined as 8 credit hours per term and in a nonstandard graduate program (MBA/MSA/MSF/MSIT/ MSCM/MSM/MAT/MSE/MSIDT/MSHE) as 4 credit hours per term. MBA, MSA, MSIT, MSCM, MSF, MSM, graduate criminal justice and fire science, and all School of Education programs (with the exception of the Master of Science in Educational Psychology) terms are 6 weeks; all other terms are 10 weeks.

9. Failure to return library or instructional materials to Purdue Global or any of its partner libraries and resource centers will result in a financial obligation to Purdue Global and may result in postponement of registration for a new term or graduation. Instructional materials must be returned unused within 14 days from the date the student notifies the University of cancellation of enrollment. The student will be responsible for payment of any bill received for instructional materials not returned.

10. Students outside the United States or U.S. Territories will be responsible for the cost and the shipment of instructional materials including returns and payment of customs duties or fees.

11. Prior to enrollment, students enrolled in a graduate program, unless otherwise noted, must submit an unofficial transcript indicating receipt of a bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. In some cases, a student's graduate degree may also be acceptable. By the last day of the first term, students must provide the University with an official copy of the transcript. If an official transcript is not submitted by the last day of the first term, the student will be withdrawn from the University and blocked from reentry, and the student's academic credentials will be withheld until such documentation is provided. Furthermore, all Title IV financial aid or any state or institutional funding must be refunded to the appropriate source, and the student will be responsible for payment of these funds to the original source or to Purdue Global.

12. Cancellation of Enrollment Agreement: Three-Day Cancellation--An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and federal and state holidays) of signing an Enrollment Agreement is entitled to a refund of all monies paid.

Prior to enrolling in the MAT, applicants must contact the American Board and complete a preregistration call to ensure certification eligibility and for more information about state alternative certification program

approval, additional fees, and residency requirements. Program Fees: Students enrolled in the Master of Science in Higher Education/Student Affairs must have an approved criminal background check from the Purdue Global approved vendor on file prior to the first day of the first term. The fee is $41.00 and is the responsibility of the student where applicable. Master of Arts in Teaching students will pay a one-time fee of $155.00 for LiveText software. Master of Arts in Teaching students who choose the Classroom Pathways Bundle with the American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence Plus+ Program will pay a one-time fee of $2,850.00 ($1,425.00 in each of the last two terms of the MAT program).
