Applications will be accepted at any time, although midyear funding opportunities tend to be less common. Applications are required in order to be considered for new funding at any time. Applications are also required for subsequent years of funding beyond the initial funding commitment. For fall funding, applications should be submitted by March 10 for best consideration.
