A FEW FINAL PARTY INSTRUCTIONS

1. CONTACT PEOPLE WHO WERE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND your show and collect their order with payment. Easiest form of payment is debit or credit Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex or have them call me direct with those #’s. Please have the guest’s first & last name and phone #. Please have the item # of the products to save us time. Remember to contact out of town friends and family. It is easy for them to visit my website to place an order for your show. If you post your party as a Face Book Event! As me AS A HOST WITH YOU! Orders Taken AFTER the party, please have guests pay you. We will put the remainder of the balance owed on YOUR credit or debit. Checks made out to you before party, please cash or deposit in your account. REMEMBER, PERSONAL POST CARDS are the BEST invites! Please give them all out! (

2. COLLECT ORDERS now through the night of the party. Be ready to close your show by the day/night of the party! We want to get it sent in as soon as we can. If you host a future show, they are more likely to order from your next party, because it did not take long for the items to come in.

3. PAYMENTS AFTER YOUR SHOW need to be on debit or credit to allow us a speedy closing process and the order coming in faster! Guest can pay you and we put their orders on your debit or credit, too!

4. FREE TO CALL Me Or TEXT Me: with orders any time! Doing orders as you get them helps us to verify orders and update your host benefits as we go. Or you can email them to me as you get them, too!

5. YOUR HOST BENEFITS are determined by the combined total of sales from your show and from outside orders. The sooner we get those in the sooner I can verify your free, 50% off and discounted items.

6. YOU CAN CHOOSE ANYTHING IN THE CATALOG as your FREE products and as your 50% off items. It is NOT necessary to have your free product come out to the penny. If you go over the amount of free product, the amount you are over is then discounted at the % that you have earned from this show.

7. 50% OFF ITEMS can be anything in the catalog OR the combinations of items on the last page which are a super value. They are not the only things you can choose. You can pick anything in the book – expensive or not. Your free product value CANNOT go towards paying for 50% off items.

8. YOUR MONTHLY HOST SPECIAL is an option you have – you get to pick one of the selections only. Your free product value CANNOT go towards paying for 60% off items.

9. AFTER PAYMENT IS ALL RECEIVED and we do your order and close I’ll go over closing information with you, I’ll submit your party and cards will all run at that time.. Once received be sure to notify me if I can help with anything or if anything is damaged or missing.

10. ALWAYS OPEN BOX #1 FIRST WHEN YOUR DELIVERY COMES as it has the packing slips in it divided up to make packing the items easy.

11. Remember that your guests probably didn’t order all they wanted at your show. So ask them when you deliver the items if they are interested in ordering anything else. If they are then start collecting orders again. As soon as you get $200 in orders call me and we’ll submit it as a catalog show and you get another 60% off item, and start your 10% past host discount for a year from this new date. Collect $200 or more and get free stuff & get a 50% off item in this new show as the host! Many of my hosts host a cooking show then a catalog show…WHY NOT YOU?!
