March 10th

We are looking forward to having a new access entry system installed at our clubhouse and swimming pool area. After some updates, the tennis courts will be available through our new key card access system. Watch for upcoming dates to receive your HOA key card. We are excited to present this to our neighborhood soon!!

Plans are in the works for some activities this year for our adults and `senior' adults this year!!

Londonderry Homeowners Association Monthly Meeting

Tuesday, March 12th Sound-ff starts at 7pmp, Meeting starts at 7:30pm

Watch for more updates and information about our upcoming Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Big plans are being made to have a good time for all of the kiddos.

Spring Begins History

Spring traditionally marks the end of winter and the beginning of a season that signifies longer days and warmer temperatures. The first day of Spring is also known as the Vernal Equinox. This marks the day that the Sun's path is directly over the equator. This day also contains equal amount of day time and night time. This day typically occurs each year on March 20, and on March 21 on some years.

Celebrate Black History Month

Black History Month first originated as part of an initiative by writer and educator Dr. Carter G. Woodson, who launched Negro History Week in 1926. Woodson proclaimed the Negro History Week should always occur in the 2nd week of February-- between the birthdays of Frederick Douglas and Abraham Lincoln.

Since 1976, every American president has proclaimed February as Black History Month. Today, other countries such as Canada and the United Kingdom also devote an entire month to celebrating black history.

Londonderry Board Meeting Minutes ? January 2019 8331 London Way Dr. Spring, TX 77389 January 8, 2018

Board Members Present: TC Munoz, Cheryl Thomas, Matt Crager, Dave Rush, Curtis Williams & Maria Shaver

Homeowners Present: Amanda Ladue

Proceedings ? Sound off 7:01pm ? Homeowner, new to neighborhood, asked about remedies for stray cats near her house. We suggested she call Animal Control or install some kind of electric fence to her fence line. ? Board Meeting called to order 7:21pm ? Last month's meeting minutes reviewed, read and APPROVED.

Treasurer's Report ? Treasury report was read by Maria and APPROVED. Maria said that 7% of homeowners that have paid their dues have used the credit card option. Matt asked about the difference left over from 2018, not including the 2019 HOA dues that were paid in 2018. Maria clarified the amount unapplied. Maria cancelled Worker's Comp insurance and was trying to recoup the difference from the insurance company.

Committee Reports ? ACC & Deeds Restrictions Committee Homeowner emailed about her missing ACC form for her paint approval. Received a 2nd copy via email and approved. Deed violation routes/streets were given to the board to monitor. Letters were sent out for a few violations. ? Clubhouse Clubhouse is fully booked through April. Children's Easter Egg hunt is scheduled for April 21st ? Newsletter Sending out a short letter to residents that we currently do not have emails on file.

Old Business ? Acquire LHOA equipment (laptop, external drive, printer, etc) ? TC and Dave working on. ? Community Entrance Monument Sign ? Matt and Cheryl scheduled to paint sign next weekend on Sunday, January 13th. ? Security Lighting & Cameras ? Dave installed one camera in the clubhouse conference room facing the parking lot. Dave to install a 2nd camera inside the clubhouse to cover the back doors facing the pool deck. ? Pool Canopy ? waiting to hear about different pricing on a different type of material Looking for a solid patio cover for pool area ? Dave emailed pictures of a different kind of canopy, but it was discussed and was too expensive.
