PUBLIC NOTICE: The Marketplace at Steamtown / ABM Parking Services

To The Marketplace at Steamtown Mall patrons, workers, and local area residents:

Beginning on March 26, 2018, ABM Parking Services' new, automated parking system in The Marketplace at Steamtown Garage will be activated. Signs will be posted upon entry, outlining the following information:

FREE parking for all patrons up to 30 minutes ? no validation required

?

FREE parking for a minimum of three hours with a validated ticket

?

Normal parking rates will apply to non-Marketplace patrons or those staying

longer than three hours

?

Parking Pay Stations will be located on the ground-level escalator/elevator exits

into the garage to allow for patrons to pre-pay for parking and expedite the exit

process

?

Express Exit Lanes will be located at the exits and those accepting cash and/or

credit cards designated accordingly

?

No minimum purchase required for validation

Parking Rates:

ABM Guest Services will be located on the first floor of the mall, near the main elevator.

Monthly parkers will use magnetized wallet cards to access the automated parking system.
