OUR LOTION BASE IS THE PERFECT STARTING POINT FOR CREATING A WIDE RANGE OF FANTASTIC LOTIONS. TAILOR YOUR PRODUCTS BY COMBINING COLOURS, FRAGRANCES, EXTRACTS AND ADDITIONAL OIL.

Our Lotion Base contains 89.66% organic ingredients and is certified by the Soil Association.

Lotion Base is fully formulated, pre-thickened and only requires the addition of fragrance or essential oils. It is suitable for all skin types and is enriched with nourishing emollients.

Ideal for manufacturers large or small, hand fill or automated to produce a line of lotion products.

Allows production of an organically certified Lotion, if the converter/filler has organic certification Blended with nourishing organic certified Coconut Oil, Sunflower Oil and Shea Butter Enriched with moisturising Aloe Vera Light velvety texture that leaves the skin feeling silky Suitable for all skin types Fully formulated base that only requires the addition of organic fragrance or essential oils Suitable for bottles and pump dispensers No thickening required

GUIDE RECIPE

Here we show you how to process Lotion Base.

Follow these steps below to create a range of tailored lotion products using our innovative Lotion Base.

Lotion Base - Add the desired weight needed Heat the Organic Lotion Base to 38 - 40?C Add up to 0.2 - 0.5% of organic essential oils Mix together until smooth, approx. 15 ? 30 minutes Fill into your finished packaging

Open - Simply open the packaging and weigh out your desired amount of Organic Lotion Base.

Heat - With the stirrer on slow, heat the lotion base to 38 ? 40?C

Add - You can add Essential Oils, Fragrances or Colours of your choice. We recommend adding no more 0.5% to the Organic Lotion Base, mix gently ensuring that any fragrance you have added are evenly distributed throughout the product.

Mix - Gradually mix the materials together in a suitable container until smooth and homogeneous, approx. 15 ? 30minutes.

Fill - Once fully mixed fill into your chosen packaging, bottles, or tubs. (always run full stability testing prior to sale / distribution)
