Sample Menu for 10-Day Detox Program

Here is a sample menu to help you with your 10-day Detox. This menu was designed to be used with the Ultra Clear RENEW Medical Food product.

These are just suggestions and we are providing them in case you have a hard time coming up with ideas on your own. Those menu items that have a recipe associated with them are highlighted in blue. Though we have given you many recipes do not feel that you need to prepare all of them. All recipes can be found on our website: . We continuously add recipes so the list is always changing.

Day 1:

Breakfast: Mushroom and onion omelet, sliced melon, herbal tea.

Snack: Raw vegetables: carrot sticks, sugar snap peas, red bell peppers, cucumber slices

Lunch: Berries (blueberry/strawberry) with plain yogurt (or cottage cheese), cinnamon, chopped walnuts and ground flax seed

Snack: Celery sticks and a piece of cheese, Lemonade

Dinner: Black Bean Minestrone Soup, large salad with raw vegetables, olives and Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

Day 2:

Breakfast: ½ cup Scallion-Garlic Hummus wrapped in lettuce leaves, herbal tea

Snack: Small Ultra-clear (1 scoop)

Lunch: Leftover Black Bean Minestrone, Cantaloupe or Watermelon

Snack: Small Ultra-clear (1 scoop)

Dinner: Large salad (lettuce, cucumbers, red pepper, celery, olives, kidney beans, ¼ avocado) with vinaigrette dressing. Brown rice topped with mixed sautéed vegetables (broccoli, mushrooms, carrot, zucchini, red onion, etc.).

Day 3:

Breakfast: Sweet Potato Hash Browns and small Ultra-clear shake (1 scoop)

Snack: Organic grapes, iced herbal tea

Lunch: Mediterranean Chopped Salad, ½ large apple with peanut butter

Snack: Small Ultra-clear (1 scoop); 1 cup blueberries

Dinner: Red Beans and Brown Rice. Shredded Zucchini with Garlic and Herbs

Day 4:

Breakfast: Fruit salad, Ultra-clear (2 scoops)

Snack: White Bean Dip with raw veggies, herbal tea

Lunch: Broccoli Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette, Ultra-clear (2 scoops)

Snack: Frozen grapes

Dinner: Black Beans with Red Pepper, baked sweet potato, small side salad

Day 5:

Breakfast: Watermelon/cantaloupe/grapes, herbal tea

Snack: Ultra-clear shake

Lunch: Spinach Salad with Nectarine, Blueberries and Lime Vinaigrette, Ultra-Clear Shake

Snack: Fruit Salad

Dinner: Chunky Vegetable soup, Ultra-clear shake

Day 6:

Breakfast: ½ cantaloupe, Ultra-clear shake

Snack: Avocado, grapes and strawberry

Lunch: Zucchini soup, Ultra-clear shake

Snack: Ultra-clear shake

Dinner: Roasted or grilled Portobello mushroom, Chili Onions, cup of Chunky Vegetable soup

Day 7:

Breakfast: Honeydew melon, Ultra-clear shake

Snack: Leftover chunky Vegetable soup

Lunch: Large raw vegetable salad, berries

Snack: Ultra-clear shake

Dinner: Sautéed Green Beans with Herbs, Braised Red Cabbage with Onion.

Day 8:

Breakfast: ¼ honeydew melon, 1 kiwi, Ultra-clear shake

Snack: Raw carrots and celery sticks, herbal tea

Lunch: Brown rice salad with chopped carrots, cucumbers, radishes, avocado and vinaigrette; (make extra for Day 9, but do not put on dressing), leftover zucchini soup, peach

Snack: Ultra-clear shake

Dinner: Baked sweet potato, Sautéed Zucchini with Lemon and Parsley, Ultra-clear shake

Day 9:

Breakfast: Sweet potato hash browns (see day 3), Ultra-clear shake

Snack: Fruit salad, herbal tea

Lunch: Leftover Sautéed Zucchini with Lemon and Parsley , Ultra-clear shake

Snack: Leftover brown rice salad from day 8

Dinner: Black Bean and Walnut Salad, steamed asparagus, Ultra-clear shake

Day 10:

You can choose from any of the suggestions and recipes above.
