Using ClassWallet - Amazon S3

[Pages:2]Using ClassWallet

Shopping is the number one use of the ClassWallet platform and the simplest thing to do. Depending on how you are set up, there are four ways to shop through ClassWallet.

1. Shop online from amongst the nearly 50 vendors in the ClassWallet marketplace 2. Submit an order to our personal shoppers through a concierge request 3. Use the ClassWallet Discover card 4. Pay out of pocket and submit your receipts electronically

In this article we will show you how to shop online

Shopping Online

To begin, simply click on the 'Shop' button on the menu bar to be taken to the ClassWallet marketplace. You will see store tiles for nearly 50 vendors.

You can click on any logo to visit that store and start building your cart. Like a mall, you have to check out of each store before visiting the next store. We do not aggregate shopping carts from multiple vendors. Shopping in the ClassWallet marketplace is identical to shopping online. In most instances, you are on the actual vendor website like Amazon, BestBuy, Office Depot or School Specialty. The only difference comes when you check out. You will be returned to the ClassWallet application to finish the transaction. For most stores you simply click on check out, for others, there may be a button to 'transfer cart'. Once you do, you will be back in the ClassWallet application for checkout.

At the checkout landing page you will have three options: rename your order, save it for later, or checkout. Only the "checkout" button will begin the process to finalize your purchase.

To check out simply follow the steps.

Step one requires that you select funds from the purse or purses in your wallet. You can combine

funds to complete the transaction.

Step two is only required if your shopping cart totals more than the available funds in your purses. You

can complete any transaction by paying the balance with a personal credit card. You can also choose to pay any portion of the transaction with your credit card.

Step three is to enter your

PO number (it's optional, do so only if required) and to click 'Submit'

That's all there is to it. Your order will either be submitted to the vendor for fulfillment or your admin for approval. You will receive a receipt to your email and your goods are on their way.
