? Festival hours: Saturday and Sunday 9 am ? 4 pm. Please do not begin your tear down until 4:30 pm on Sunday!

? Loading and Unloading: Please unload your vehicle as quickly as possible and move to the designated parking area, then set up your booth. Other vendors need to have access to their vending area. Pack up/tear down your booth before moving your car to the vending area to load. Do NOT MOVE your vehicle on Sunday until your site is completely broken down.

? Vendor parking & Restrooms: permitted in area behind stage or along rear fence. NO vehicles will be allowed in the show area during show hours. The show will not open until all vehicles are removed from the show area. VENDORS are not allowed to park in handicap parking areas. Restrooms are located at the end of the concession building, closest to the road.

? No camping/overnights allowed on festival grounds or the adjoining properties.

? Friday set-up: 2:00 ? 6:00 pm. Gates will be locked at 6:15 pm

? Saturday set-up and open: Gates will be unlocked at 7:30 am. You must be set up and have your vehicle removed from your site by 8:45am!

? Vendor Gate: Saturday close: gates will be locked at 5:30 pm. Sunday open: Gates will be unlocked at 7:30am

? Grounds will not be open on Monday. Everyone must vacate the Festival Grounds on Sunday by 6:30 pm

? BREAKDOWN & TRASH: Vendors are not permitted to use the brown trash receptacles. You must use dumpster located on the far side of concession building. Make certain that your area (including the ground) is cleaned of all trash and debris. Cardboard boxes must be broken down. Leaving trash in your area will disqualify you from future events.
