Half Days are any 4 hours or less. Full days are any 4 hours or more.

Hours of Operation are 7:30-5:30 on these days - (unless there are no children present, then we go home too!!)
All families are charged by the week in the summer care program. Payment is due the Monday morning of class for each week unless you have paid for the summer in advance. We charge $4.00 for any additional hours you go over your agreed half day times within the first 2 hrs. . . after that, you pay the full day rate.
Some families may choose to pay hourly only if they come less than 6 hours per week.
We take credit or debit card through our business manager, but will happily accept checks and cash because we are a “Cash for Local Change” entity.

5 half days - $85.00 per week 5 full days - $160.00 per week
4 half days - $75.00 4 full days - $150.00
3 half days - $65.00 3 full days- $130.00
2 half days - $55.00 2 full days - $110.00
2nd child is $25.00 less per week.
3rd child is $50.00 less per week.
Our Summer programs start on June 11th, 2018 and end on July 27th, 2018.
We have Arizona state certified early childhood teachers in our summer programs and offer a fun, social, and physically active curriculum throughout the day. There is a lot of multiage cooperative learning in this summer, theme - based program, as well as field trips, special visitors, and special classes in cooking, tennis, yoga, gardening, dance, disc golf, arts, and lots of play time .
If you have any special talents, please let us know. We still have parent helpers daily, and would love for you to share your talents on your helper day.

_____Animal Planet (7/2nd. – 6th.) No classes on July 3rd and 4th. (this week is prorated to 3 days)
_____ Fascination with Pollination – Gardening and Insects (7/9th.-13th.)
_____ Crazy Cooking- from our garden harvest (7/16th. -20th.)
_____ Drama Queens/ Kings/Pirates and the Music Arts. (7/23rd.-27th.)
What do I need to do to hold my spot?

____ an emergency card, with a copy of your children’s immunization record
attached.
____ any other forms included in this packet, filled out and signed.
____ a check for the non-refundable registration fee to hold your spot.
What will I need in the summer for my child?
____ to please sunscreen your child every day in the morning. We will screen
them again in the afternoon.
____ a nutritious daily lunch, two extra healthy snacks and two drinks in a labeled
lunch box. Drinks should be 100% juice or low fat milk.
____ a change of clothing for messy or rainy days . . or accidents, all labeled
with your child’s name.
____ a bag or backpack for all of this stuff, labeled with your child’s name.
Most morning activities and adventures start by 9:00 am, and most afternoon excursions or activities start by 1-ish. Most of our main daily activities wrap up by 3pm. We have early morning care, free play, and more open ended activities in the late afternoons as families pick up their children at varying times.
