Time to unwind our selves and reset the energies for summer! We'll experience a little-known Kundalini yoga set

which can be practiced standing up in a favorite nature site this summer!

Join three experienced and fun teachers from the Worcester sangat as we clear the subconscious with the powerful sound healing of the gong. We will then release our healing prayers into the deeply joyful experience of a healing circle. All proceeds will support the ashram's Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund. Feel great and help create a new teacher!!

Teacher Bios:

Andrea Rigiero/Shiv Antar Kaur is a Level I certified Kundalini Yoga teacher whose mission is to share this ancient technology with all individuals who seek personal growth and inner peace. Her warm, reassuring, easy going approach uplifts every student, new or seasoned, into a happy place.

Christine Croteau/Nam Nirmal has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation for 10 years. She holds an MA in Rehab Counseling and is a certified 200hr YT. She has specialized yoga teacher training and professional experience in healing from addictions, trauma, mental health issues, chronic illness and diabetes. She is also an artist/activist/community organizer and avid outdoor adventurer. One of her passions is to bring yoga and meditation to under-served populations. Her lighthearted sense of humor infuses all that she does, and creates a sense of ease all around her.

Anne Renzi / Bachandev Kaur is a certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga teacher who resides and practices yoga in central Massachusetts. When Anne / Bachandev "stumbled" upon her first Kundalini Yoga class in Worcester in 2014 she was immediately drawn to this practice and its teachings. She has since developed a special interest and love of mantra and the sound current which has become an integral part of her daily life. Her gentle, kind, observant and graceful manner creates a sense of safety and expansion for her students. One can't help but smile through her classes.
