In March of 2020, GAR suddenly found ourselves with hundreds of people out of work and an empty restaurant in our possession. By the end of the following month,

we were able to offer every one of our hourly GARStars the ability to return to work and were fortunate to have kept every salaried GARStar employed. What is now known as Good Eats was a big part of our recovery.

Transforming the empty restaurant into Good Eats became our source of inspiration while facing so many challenges on so many fronts. We took the opportunity to

go back to our roots, remembering the Good Times of one of our first restaurants, Fritzbe's Good Time Emporium.

Our menu was built from the Greatest Hits of other GAR restaurants throughout the years. The restaurant has evolved and grown enormously since it opened, and now represents all of the GOOD we have taken from our journey both past and present. We can't thank our guests enough for their support, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
