DO NOT CALL POLICY This notice describes our Do Not Call Policy. We do not make telemarketing calls to telephone numbers listed on the federal, state, or our own Do Not Call lists, unless allowed by law. Our employees are trained to process and honor telemarketing choices. Requests by consumers to place their U.S. or Canadian telephone numbers on our Do Not Call list will be honored within thirty (30) days, after which we will not make telemarketing calls to those telephone numbers unless the request is revoked. ONLINE BANKING PRIVACY Safeguarding your personal information when interacting with us online is also extremely important. We apply the standards discussed above in caring for your personal information. Some areas of our website require information, such as your e-mail address or your account number, to enable you to perform certain tasks (e.g., to review your accounts or correspond with us). In these cases, we collect the information necessary to interact with you.

If you visit us online, we may place a "cookie" on your browser that records the number of visits made to our various web pages. If you use our Online Banking or Bill Pay programs, you may receive additional cookies which contain your unique identifier, allowing you to view and manage your accounts. E-mails sent within our online banking system are secure. Secure online exchange of information with us is only available from within your online banking account after you have established a secure connection using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

We preserve the content of your e-mail, your e-mail address and our response, so that we can more efficiently respond to any follow-up questions from you. We also retain this information to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

REGULAR INTERNET E-MAIL IS NOT SECURE Please do not send confidential information such as Social Security Numbers or account numbers to us via regular email. In instances where e-mail addresses are provided, they are provided for information inquiries of a nonsensitive and non-confidential nature. Since an Internet e-mail response back to you would not be secure, we will not include confidential information in an unencrypted e-mail response.

We will never ask you to confirm your account number, password, PIN, or other personal information via e-mail. We may call you directly with questions to update or verify account information or to clarify information if you are applying for a loan. In these cases, our representatives will introduce themselves by name and give you a specific reason for the request.

PROTECTING CHILDREN ONLINE In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not knowingly collect, store, use or disclose personal information from children (i.e., persons under the age of 13). We do not knowingly collect or share personal information about children, unless the information has been provided by an adult in connection with the opening of a deposit account for or with the child. We do not accept applications directly from children, and will not send any unsolicited promotions to users who indicate they are less than 13 years of age except in connection with an account opened by an adult. This does not prevent parents from opening deposit accounts on behalf of their children. We will obtain parental consent prior to the creation of an account on behalf of a child.

IDENTITY THEFT Identity theft is a growing crime in our country. Each day, thousands of people become victims of identity theft. Identity theft occurs when someone steals your personal information and uses it to establish credit, charge items, or borrow money using your name.

PROTECTING YOUR IDENTITY ? File documents with personal information in a secure place ? or shred first if throwing them away. ? Shred unused credit offers and other documents containing sensitive information before discarding them. ? Safeguard your Social Security Number and Personal Identification Numbers (PINs). ? Memorize your password and PIN instead of writing them down ? and change your password regularly. ? Review bank statements for accuracy. ? If you are denied credit for an unknown reason, obtain a copy of your credit report. ? Request a copy of your credit report at least once a year to ensure that there is no unauthorized activity. ? Don't release information to people you do not know, especially on the phone or Internet. ? Don't give out personal information unless you initiated the contact or have verified the identity of the person requesting the information. ? Don't respond to e-mail or websites asking for personal information.

IF YOU BECOME A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT ? Contact your bank and all others with whom you have a financial relationship. ? Contact one of the three major credit bureaus to place a fraud alert on your credit report ? this will alert all three bureaus: Equifax 1-800-525-6285 Experian 1-888-397-3742 Trans Union 1-800-680-7289 ? Report unauthorized charges and accounts right away to credit issuers and bureaus by phone and in writing. ? Close accounts you believe were tampered with. ? Obtain and review a copy of your credit report. Check with the credit bureaus listed above for further information. ? File a police report as soon as possible. ? Keep copies of all correspondence in the event you need to submit information to creditors.
