Components Of The Annual Report

Texas education code ?39.306 requires each district's board of trustees to publish an annual report containing:

1. Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) 2. PEIMS Financial Standard Reports 3. District Accreditation Status 4. Campus Performance Objectives 5. Special Education Determination Status 6. Report on Violent or Criminal Incidents 7. Student Performance at Postsecondary Institutions

The board of trustees is required to hold a hearing for public discussion of the report and to widely disseminate the report within the district.
