Terms and Conditions

AWARDS AND NOTIFICATION

Teachers Test Prep plans to award two recipients with a $5000 scholarship each. However, Teachers Test Prep reserves the right to award only one scholarship, or no scholarships, if in its sole discretion no application is of sufficient merit.

Finalists will receive a $100 Amazon gift card and six months free access to any of our Core Plus Online Prep Programs. (Prep program access is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash value).

Finalists and successful scholarship applicants will receive an email notification.

HOW SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE PAID

Recipients will be paid directly by check or direct deposit within two weeks of notification.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply. If selected as a finalist, within 10 days you must provide Teachers Test Prep with proof that you are enrolled in a teacher preparation program in the United States for the 2019-2020 academic year and that you are receiving Federal Student Aid or can otherwise demonstrate financial need.

VIDEOS

It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure their video link functions and can be accessed by an outside party. If an entrant's link does not work or cannot be accessed, their entry will be automatically disqualified.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring that any images, music and other content used in their video adheres to copyright and intellectual property laws.

PUBLICITY & PROMOTION

If you are selected as a finalist, your details, including name, school, photograph, video, and scholarship awarded, may be passed on to media and used by Teachers Test Prep and/or partner organizations for promotional purposes, including but not limited to Teachers Test Prep's website, social media channels, print and electronic media.

RECIPIENT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL TAX ON SCHOLARSHIP

Depending on your individual situation, your scholarship payment may be treated as taxable income. Teachers Test Prep cannot provide you with advice on taxation and is not liable for the payment of any tax or any other obligations you may incur as a result of accepting a scholarship from us. If you are selected as a scholarship recipient, we strongly recommend you seek appropriate financial advice prior to accepting a scholarship.

LIABILITY WAIVER

By applying for a scholarship from Teachers Test Prep, you agree to WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE Teachers Test Prep Inc., its shareholders, officers, employees, associates, and partner organizations from any and all liability, including but not limited to, any liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released.

All correspondence will be sent to the applicant's email address as provided above. It is the responsibility of the applicant to inform Teachers Test Prep of any changes to their contact details.
