We have guests and a new pastor coming to Wynnton. To help them put a name with a face, let’s begin wearing our name badges again. There are name badge holders at each entrance to the church. If you need a name badge, please call Brenda in the church office (706-324-2424) to make one for you. Thank you for wearing your badge to worship.

If you have a surfboard or paddleboard that we could borrow for the week of VBS (June 13-17), please let Miranda Bray know. It will be used for stage decoration only.

SOLES4SOULS

Remember to bring your gently worn shoes to church so someone else can make use of them. Just tie the laces together or rubber band them and place them in the drop box behind the stage room off the main hall. Your shoes may wind up blessing someone across the world - or right here in our own community.

LOVE OFFERING

Pierce Drake has served Wynnton the last four years as worship leader for our contemporary worship service, “The Link”, and as Director of Student Ministries. During that time, our youth ministry has grown dramatically. Pierce has accepted a new position with Providence United Methodist Church near Nashville, Tennessee to serve as their youth pastor. Our Staff Parish Relations Committee would like to present Pierce and Claire with a love offering from the church to show our appreciation as they move on to other ministry opportunities. Please make your love offering between now and June 12th.
