These are general guidelines for Cubic Internal PCI component and assembly handling and shipping to any specified Cubic delivery location. It is imperative to follow this Cubic Internal PCI Component and Assembly Handling and Shipping Instruction Checklist. All steps must be completed for each shipment. If for any reason devices are separated, another checklist is required.The original completed Checklist shall be maintained on-site at Cubic inside a secure PCI filing cabinet.StepInstructionsName(Print and Sign)Date?PCI Receiving?Ensure Cubic has been informed of the anticipated arrival of the device via e-mail manifest notice from the vendor at cubicPCIteam@Note: Attach e-mail notice?Physically inspect shipment prior to signing for the PCI components. This includes ensuring that exterior package has not been tampered with and/or compromised.?Verify the tracking number provided by vendor matches the tracking number on the package.?If it has been compromised, reject delivery – Return to Sender (RTS). Notify receiving party, if not available contact Primary PCI POC immediately. Once received, move package to the PCI Receiving Inspection secure cage. ?PCI Receiving Inspection?While in the PCI Receiving Inspection secure cage, inspect in accordance with the SAP Inspection Checklist/Plan.?Upload shipping documentation in the system.?Take vendor’s uploaded JSON file and PAT report from SharePoint and upload specific files for each TR4 onto Cubic’s designated ShareDrive, then link in SAP.?Accept to stock and store securely. StepInstructionsName(Print and Sign)Date?PCI Assembly?Device components must be secured when not under construction, with access limited to approved parties.?The manufacturing area for these components (secure board, advanced application board) must be managed and held under access control to authorized parties only.?The manufacturing area for these components must have CCTV monitoring in place allowing for review of access for a period of a minimum of 90 days.Assembled TR4’s must be secured when not under construction with access limited to approved parties. ?The manufacturing area for these assemblies and secure storage must be managed and held under access control to authorized parties only.?The manufacturing area for these assemblies and secure storage must have CCTV monitoring in place allowing for review of access for a period of a minimum of 90 days.?Each PCI Component must be placed in a serialized, bar-coded, tamper-evident bag. ?PCI Component Packaging?PCI components may be removed from controlled storage location(s) only when ready to be packaged.?All PCI components being packaged together must have their serial numbers recorded.?Place PCI components into a serialized, bar-coded, tamper-evident bag. Record the serial number(s) in SAP. StepInstructionsName(Print and Sign)Date?PCI Component Packaging (continued)Place sealed, serialized, bar-coded, tamper-evident bag within the specific provided packing, per the drawing(s) and desiccant packing. Seal all box seams with red tamper-evident packing tape.?Use only a bonded, mainstream, trusted shipping carrier with a proven track record such as UPS, DHL, or USPS.?Shipping carrier must provide locational tracking of packages in route as part of the shipping documentation. StepInstructionsName(Print and Sign)Date?PCI Component Shipping ConfirmationAt time of shipment, Cubic shall provide shipping confirmation via email to the Customer’s previously agreed-upon POC under the subject “PCI component (TR4, validator, etc.) Shipment Confirmation”The shipping confirmation document shall include:Carrier usedShipment tracking numberAll PCI component serial numbers included in the package, andA softcopy of this completed checklist. ................
