Can I see a sample?

No. Fabric and sizing information are listed for each product. Please refer to that information to answer your product questions.

Do you have a catalog?

Yes. It is available for viewing in LeAnn Hurst’s office.

If something is out of stock, how long will it take to fill my order?

If stock is low on a particular item, size or color, the website will inform you. Out of stock items will not be available for order.

Is there a minimum order?

No.

Can I get a discount for ordering a large quantity of an item?

Discounts may be available for quantities of 12 or more ordered at one time. Contact Promo Solutions NW.

How can I rush an order?

Type a requested due date in the Special Instructions block on the Submit Shopping Cart page then click the Inquire Only block. A representative will contact you to advise if they can meet your requested date.

What if I don't like the product and want to return it? Will the return shipping be Free?

Only defective merchandise can be returned. In that case, freight will be reimbursed. Contact Promo Solutions NW for assistance.

Please read washing instructions carefully as Promo Solutions NW is not responsible for problems due to improper care of your item. Should there be a defect in the garment, please contact Promo Solutions NW for assistance.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards – Visa and Master Card.

Once I place my order, will you send me a confirmation?

Email confirmations with your order number will be sent automatically after you place your order. You will be contacted via email if there are problems with the order or credit card.

How can I cancel or change an order?

No cancellations or changes after payment has been submitted.

SHIPPING:

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other non-continental US locations?

Currently not available.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently not available.

What company/companies are used to ship my order?

Orders are shipped via UPS.

What is your exchange and return policy?

No exchange or returns unless the goods are defective. Contact Promo Solutions NW for instructions on returning defective goods.

How long after placing my order will my package ship?

Orders usually ship within 10 to 15 working days.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email notification with the UPS tracking number.

How long after my order ships will it be delivered to me?

It depends on location. Orders with delivery in Washington State will normally arrive in 1 to 2 business days after leaving the factory whereas East Coast delivery may take up to 6 business days.

Do I need to be at home and/or sign for delivery?

No.

What if my order arrives and has been damaged while in transit to me?

Will you ship to an address that is not my home address?

Yes, if address is within the Continental U.S.
