GENERAL INFORMATION

The purpose of this manual is to assist you in operating and maintaining your lawn & garden trailer sprayer. Please read it carefully, as it furnishes information which will help you achieve years of troublefree operation.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Products are warranted for one year from date of purchase against manufacturer or workmanship defects. Commercial users have a 90 day warranty. Your local Tractor Supply Company store is the best source of replacement parts and service.

To obtain prompt, efficient service, always remember to give the following information... ? Correct Part Description and/or part number. ? Model # / Serial # of your sprayer.

Part descriptions and part numbers can be obtained from the illustrated parts list section(s) of this manual.

Whenever you need parts or repair service, contact your local Tractor Supply Company store first. For warranty work, always take your original sales slip, or other evidence of purchase date, to your local Tractor Supply Company store.

ASSEMBLING YOUR SPRAYER

Your sprayer has been partially assembled at the factory. Follow the instructions below to complete the assembly of this unit.

STEP 1

Start the flange screws by hand to attach the hitch tube frame, axle supports and trailer frame strap to the tank. Insert the axle through the axle supports and hitch tube, then tighten down all 7 flange screws. This will allow alignment within each assembly for proper axle installation. Please note the directional stickers on the axle supports and hitch tube for proper orientation. All three arrows will be facing the back of the tank, towards the tank drain.

STEP 2

Slide axle spacers on to axle (Qty. 2).

** 1/2" Wrench Required **

STEP 3

Put tires on axle (Qty. 2).

ASSEMBLING YOUR SPRAYER CONTINUED

STEP 4

Insert hair pins to axle (Qty. 2). Connect hitch to hitch tube frame.

STEP 5

Attach boom offset tank mount to tank with flange screws. Connect boom to the boom bracket (Qty. 1) using the two screws and nuts from the parts bag.

** 1/2" Wrench Required **

STEP 6

Insert hose washer into swivel nut. Connect feeder hose from boom to the manifold system (Qty. 1). Screw the swivel nut onto the valve.

STEP 7

Thread the gauge onto the manifold (Qty. 1) using a good grade pipe sealant. It is recommended to use a 9/16" open end wrench. Do not over tighten. Screw on lid and hook up lanyard.

** 9/16" Wrench Required **

STEP 8

Plug the lead wire assembly into the plug on the wires to the pump.

Note: There is a switch on the leadwire and a switch on the pump.
