Willcox, Director, Operations and AccountabilityOffice of Career, Technical, and Adult EducationSUBJECT:Opening of the 2020-2021 Data Collection WindowThe Program Year 2020-2021 collection window of the state adult education management information system (MIS) is scheduled to open September 11, 2020. In accordance with WIOA regulations, the Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (VDOE) is required to monitor local and regional program data entry at least once per quarter. By the end of the first quarter of the 2020-2021 program year (September 30), it is expected that programs start the process of creating class records and linking them to instructional staff in SSWS. In future months, program data should be entered no later than the 20th day of the following month, as stated in Director’s Memo #012-19.
