CONSENT FINAL JUDGMENT OF NON-DISCHARGEABILITY

This case cam e before the Court without a hearing on the Joint Motion for Entry of

Consent Final Judgm ent (the "Motion") filed by Daniel T ymon Jackson and Robyn Blank

Jackson, (the "Jacksons") and Jake Marsh Mydde lton (the "Debtor"). Based on the content of

the Motion and the Agreement between the Jacksons and the Debtor, it is:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Jacksons an d against the Debtor

with respect to the Complaint, to the extent that the same seeks a determination as to the

Debtor's liability on account of the Debt, the amunt of the Debt and as to the non-

dischargability of the same.

2. Plaintiffs, Daniel Tymon Jackson and Robyn Blank Jackson, 5743 Farnsworth Ct,

Tallahassee, Florida 32312, shal l recover from the Defe ndant, Jake Marsh Myddelton (the

"Debtor"), whose address is 7820 Moreton T race, Cummings, GA 30041, the to tal amount of

sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000), (the "Judgment Debt") which shall bear interest from the date of the judgm ent at the rate of five percent (5%) pe r annum, for which sum let execution issue forthwith.

3. The Judgment Debt is hereby adjudicated to be non-dischargeable pursuant to Bankruptcy Code ? 523(a)(2) based upon the facts alleged in the Complaint.

4. This Court hereby reserves jurisdiction to enforce this Judgment. DONE AND ORDE RED, in the Northern Distri ct of Florida, Tallahassee Division, on this 2nd day of June, 2011.
