Welcome to the Robofest 2007 Warm-Up

Practice Competition!

The purpose of today’s Warm-up Competition is to train regional Robofest Site Hosts, Robofest Judges, and to help prepare new teams for the Robofest Competition and Exhibition contests. We hope you enjoy your time with us today. Thank you for coming.

Warm-Up Schedule:

• 8:00 a.m. -- Setup Begins

• 9:00 a.m. -- Arrival and Check-in of Judges,

Volunteers, Coaches and Teams

• 9:10 a.m. -- Judge Training (Judging Forms will be

reviewed and explained.)

o Exhibition Judging -- AJ Ureel & Lori Birman

o Game Judging -- CJ Chung & Joe Long

• 9:15 a.m. -- All Teams should be checked in

• 9:30 a.m. -- Opening Welcome, National Anthem,

Introduction of Site Host Organizers Judges, Explanation of Judging Rules

• 10:00 a.m. -- Unveiling of Unknown Problem

• 10:15 a.m. -- Demonstration of Exhibitions and

• 10:15 a.m. -- Game Judge Training 2 – Joe Long

• 10:30 a.m. -- First Round (Game Teams)

• 11:30 p.m. -- 2nd Round (Game Teams)

• 12:10 pm -- Closing & Thank You
