• Investigated how new technologies such as cellphones influence dating relationship among adolescents and young adults.

• Received IRB approval

• Collected data from teenagers in high schools and young adults in Uganda, Kenya, and Nigeria about their texting behaviors.

• Survey questions include sexting habits, substance use, dating violence, & risky sexual behaviors.

• Used different data collection methods: 1) an online-survey & 2) a paper-based survey
