This User Guide will show you, the customs broker how to register, access documentation and communicate to UPS using the UPS ICA web site.

The ICA has two levels of rights, Administrative & User.

Administrative Rights can create and delete Users and assign Users to specific UPS ports for customs clearance and reset "User" passwords. Both the Administrator and the User can search (find) for shipments, view / print shipment documents such as commercial invoices and other documents necessary for customs clearance. Only Administrator can add Importers to their firm (My Contract). Administrative rights will be assigned to first person to register their brokerage firm at the ICA web site.
