Work Experience:

USBANK. 2005-2006. I managed a USBANK branch in Las Vegas, NV. I was responsible for all aspects of bank management including profitability, financial accounting, daily bank reporting, loan documentation review, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, all conference calls, performance reviews and much more. I had discretionary authority on matching rates, high transaction limits and all managing authority. Our financials were very impressive on deposits, certificate of deposits, loans and other products.

AMERICAN EXPRESS FINANCIAL ADVISORS. 2004-2005. I answered inquiries, completed requests and performed account changes or set up. Financial Advisor’s and clients contacted us to verify which sweep option their account had, balances, positions, trade confirmations, wire transfer receipt, etc. Advisors sought assistance on which forms to complete to open different types of accounts, margin requests, add features, issued stop payments, or take other action. American Express also consisted of a large retail bank.

I also directed clients to other areas such as brokerage service, insurance, annuities and other products.

3M CORPORATION. 1997-2002. I was the crew leader of four to seven employees in the Duraprep drug/medical product division. I trained new employees on procedures, computer reports and provided direction for the daily operations of our crew. Our operation was responsible for the quality inspection of Duraprep medical products and insured that only quality product was released to the medical community. I ensured compliance with GMP's, company quality standards, and was also in charge of the operation of very high technology.

COLDWELL BANKER AND CENTURY 21.1993-1996. All aspects of residential Real Estate sales including marketing strategies, listing homes, buyer brokerage, pre-qualification of buyers and working as a liaison between the customers, banks and title companies. Property comparisons were analyzed and used for various purposes. Real Estate legal contracts were completed, disclosure statements, estimate of good faith closing proceeds, etc. I conducted all representation of the principal with due diligence. I did numerous open houses and also worked home fairs in the arena.

CITIBANK SD. 1989-1996. In Customer Service the first 3 years I answered client inquiries and performed account maintenance. I processed credit line increase requests, initiated advocacy on billing disputes, adjusted payments, consolidated accounts, and much more. In Security Operations, I processed fraud claims making accurate adjustments in favor of the customer for fraud items and identified valid savings for the bank for limited authority, collusion, billing errors, card-member acceptance of charges through various methods, etc. Both Citibank jobs were entry level.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

I ask that employment consideration be based on my most current job readiness, education and experience, as this is much more relevantly accurate today as I had an extended period of unemployment due to severe liver disease. I received a life saving transplant on March 22, 2017. My health is better now than it has been for years and I wish to return to work. I have a 4.0 Semester at the University of South Dakota and have registered voters in Minnehaha County.
