The proposed slate of Executive Board Members is as

follows:

President

Betty Schaertel

Vice President

Debra Berger

Treasurer

Barbara Libby

Recording Secretary

Susan Busch

Corresponding Secretary

Sharon Sangiacomo

Members at Large

Phyllis Stasiowski

Barbara Kaye

To Be Announced

We hope you will attend the Fashion Show and Election Luncheon on April 18th at the Ramada Hotel and Conference Center. It is sure to be a special event! We need a quorum of 10% of our membership to officially conduct the election procedure, so please join us! The reservation form is in this newsletter.

Debra Berger Nominating Committee Chair

From the President. . .

This year's Wine Tasting and Dinner was once again a tremendous success with over 120 attendees. Thank you, members for your support. And congratulations and thank you to Betty Schaertel, Luella Kenny, Pat Pogozinski, and to all those who worked "behind the scenes" on donations, baskets, and raffle tickets.

One of the great strengths of our Club is that our members willingly and enthusiastically devote their time and talents toward making our fundraising events successful. We hope to continue to provide programs and activities that enhance your membership and further our cause, the Grace Capen Academic Awards. We encourage our 50 new members to join in and lend their expertise. This is so important for the future of our Club.

The best is yet to come! We are planning a Chinese Banquet in March, a Luncheon and Fashion Show in April, a Spring Luncheon in May, and a Spring Flower Sale, also in May. So, start thinking "Spring" and mark your social calendars.

Mary Laing

Thank you to all who attended and those who helped with the Dinner and Wine Pairing Event at the Ramada. It was a wonderful evening. Hope to see you next year!
