Second notice

Notice is hereby given that on the dates mentioned below the city approved the following description of immovables that are either streets, lanes, thoroughfares or places that it intends to acquire under section 192 of schedule C to the Charter of Ville de Montr?al, metropolis of Qu?bec:

- Part of lot 1 998 994, cadastre of Qu?bec, having an area of 546.5 m2, located in the quadrilateral bounded by Rue Lajeunesse, Rue Fleury Est, Rue Berri and Rue Prieur Est, in Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough (DA186896026 ? September 25, 2018)

The owners of the immovables expropriated under that section may claim an indemnity from the city. If no agreement is reached, the indemnity is set by the Tribunal administratif du Qu?bec, at the owners' or at the city's request, and sections 58 to 68 of the Expropriation Act (CQLR, chapter E-24) apply, adapted as required.
