The Follow-up (Old Business)
Click at the top of the page where you want the side-by-side columns to start, and press Enter twice. Click in the first paragraph mark on the page. On the Insert menu, click Text Box and drag on the page where you want the first column. Click Text Box again and then click and drag where you want the second column. Click in the last paragraph mark on the page, and press Ctrl + Enter to create a page break.
Repeat the process for each page that will contain side-by-side columns in your document and then return to the first text box you created. Click the text box on the left once to select it. Click your right mouse button and then click Create Text Box Link. The pointer becomes a pitcher. Click the text box on the left side of the second page to create a link. Create links for all text boxes within the same article on the left side of the document. Repeat the process for every text box in the right chain or article.
Pressing Enter twice at the top of each page will create an extra empty paragraph. This blank paragraph is useful if you want to insert text or graphics outside of the text boxes. You can delete the extra blank paragraph if you don't need it.

President's Message
I know everyone has good intentions, but I feel everyone needs to hear this message.
When Top Dead Center Motor Club was formed in 2009, the nine founding members together decided that not only would we do community service for charity, but would also have a good time and enjoy ourselves while doing so.
I know that we all have good intentions, but I do believe that, we as a club, may have lost sight of why we get together and maybe we are stretching ourselves too thin.
We have done a great job supporting various charities as we should. However, are we enjoying ourselves? I don't believe we are enjoying ourselves as much as we could as a Club. Cruising to other shows, hanging out and just having a good time or helping others with their cars.
It was decided at the September meeting that we will continue to do what we have done so well and have worked so very hard to establish and grow, that being events, such as Drive Out Hunger show, Cruise for the Troops and TDC Automotive Scholarship fund. We should do a few events very well rather than many events at a mediocre level. (Not that we have ever had a mediocre event)
So, if you have any suggestions, comments, etc. as to what we could do socially or otherwise; such as outings, cruise to's. etc. please send them to us. We are always open for suggestions, remember this is an "Everyone's Club".
Joe O"Fria, President

SUPPORT OUR TROOPS
Our last show of the season for the "Cruise for the Troops"
was a great success.
We had over 100 cars show up and a huge crowd to enjoy the gathering.
The Minquas Fire Co. was there to display the place of
steel from the Twin Towers disaster of 9/11/2001.
TDC Motor Club made a donation to the Minquas Fire Co. of $50.00 to be used towards their new building. The first
one to email tdcmotorclub@ with the words "free gift" will receive a free gift.
Because of the huge interest in our 50/50 we collected
$476.00 with $238.00 going to the winning ticket.
Besides a collection of snacks and toiletries for the troops
there were also cash donations of $270.00
WILDWOOD WEEKEND A SUCCESS
TDC Motor Club came away from the Wildwood
Boardwalk Car Show with an honor going to one
of our members.
Dave and Judy Hatt were one of the "Top 40"
winners for their 1954 Chevy Bel Air.
Attending this year were fourteen (14) members
placing eleven (11) cars on display. There were
a total of thirty-two persons in all. Everyone
enjoyed themselves and thank the weatherman
for predicting gorgeous weather.
Again, Congratulations to Dave and Judy Hatt!!
