The terms of this Agreement shall commence upon payment of the deposit.

1. Delivery of the finished website in three weeks without flash or in approximately four weeks with flash is is contingent upon: a. The Client's availability to review the sample web design graphics we provide and provide approval or request modifications b. The Client's prompt submission of content and images for the site. c. The Client's prompt communication of his/or choice of domain name d. The Client's availability to review the finished site and provide approval e. Receipt of the balance

2. The Basic Web Design package includes the following: a. An original graphic design b. Up to five pages c. Up to five images images d. Up to ten email accounts e. Hosting and domain registration f. Basic search engine optimization g. Submission to search engines h. One revision of the entire site once the site is completed and before it is deployed i. Correction of any errors made by the Vendor over the lifetime of the site j. 24/7 technical support for emailing or website production (ability of the public to view the site in production) issues k. Delivery of files in a zipped folder via email

3. Reciprocal Links. Client agrees to have the Vendor Logo displayed unobtrusively on their web site.

4. Copyrights and Trademarks. The Client represents to the Vendor and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to the Vendor for inclusion in web pages are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements. The Vendor will be held harmless from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.

5. Sole Agreement. The agreement contained in this "Website Design Contract" constitutes the sole agreement between the Vendor and the Client regarding this website.

6. Contract Cancellation. This contract may be cancelled any time prior to deployment less $100 for the domain and hosting which will be turned over to the Client.

7. Images. Clients must provide all images other than those used in the graphic design. If client elects to select stock photographs we will provide two sources. If the client selects non premium photographs there is no additional charge. The cost for premium photographs will be added to the final balance.
