Services Included in Each Package Price:

? Unlimited use of official Banner Publications Photos from the past 35 years! The cost of using the thousands of photographs that we have taken over the years at shows and sales for use on your website is included in your web design cost.

? Monthly SEO submission to search engines SEO stands for "search engine optimization." It tells search engines that your website exists so that it knows to list it in search results. We are happy to do this for you.

? Link on The Banner Sheep Magazine Website Each website we create will be featured on our "Web Design Info" page on our website. This helps to increase your site traffic and get your name out there to sheep breeders just like you!

Web Packages

If you do not see a package that fits your needs contact us for a consultation. All design fees are one-time fees that pay for the creation of the website, itself. Maintenance fees cover all updates and hosting costs. Maintenance fees are charged annually and can be paid quarterly, if desired. Contact us at 309/785-5058 or web.banner@ for any questions.

Red Banner Package: $200 design fee + $175/year maintenance Design: 1 page website (all content is displayed on one page)

Blue Banner Package: $300 design fee + $250/year maintenance Design: 3 page website (Example: Home, Gallery, Contact)

Bronze Banner Package: $400 design fee + $300/year maintenance Design: 4 page website (Example: Home, Gallery, Contact, For Sale)

Silver Banner Package: $500 design fee + $350/year maintenance Design: 5 page website (Example: Home, Gallery, Contact, For Sale, About Us)

Gold Banner Package: $600 design fee + $450/year maintenance Design: 6 page website (Example: Home, Gallery, Contact, For Sale, About Us, Friends)

Purple Banner Package: $900 design fee + $500/year maintenance Design: "Fluid Grid Layout" website - up to 5 page links (Example: Home, Gallery, Contact, For Sale, About Us)

WHAT IS A FLUID GRID LAYOUT? A fluid grid converts to the size of the screen that your customer is using. Depending on the size of the screen, the way that your website is portrayed will change. A fluid grid is designed for mobile screens, tablets, and desktop computers. Therefore, you are getting three different designs for one website.

Additional Services

Any of the following services can be added to your web design package at any time for an additional fee. The additional fee is a one-time fee unless otherwise stated. Please contact our Web Designer for further details.

Print Advertisement Discount: 15% discount* off already posted ad design rates This special advertisement will announce to the 3,000+ subscribers of The Banner Sheep Magazine that your new website is completed. This one-time advertising discount is only available to those who create new websites with us. Do not miss this great opportunity to let the world know all about your brand! *Cannot combine discount with any other discount offered at the time of publication.

Custom Logo: Price Included with Web Package Our web/graphic designer will create a custom logo for use on your new website at no additional cost to you! This logo will be yours to keep for all of your future print and online advertising. Stand out from the crowd and let us create your own brand that you can be proud of! Please list that you would like for us to create a logo along with your website on our Web Design Questionnaire, or contact our Web Designer for more information at web.banner@.

Additional Domain: $20 per domain annually More than one domain name can point to your website. If you are concerned that your customers will search for you by another similar domain (for example, or ) you may find this additional service helpful. This price includes the cost of your additional domain and/or the cost of transferring an outside domain to our server if you already own it.

Audio Package: $10 per file Personally introduce yourself and what your brand is on your website! The Audio Package includes use of our catalog of sound effects, background music, and narration by yourself or one of our staff. If you choose to narrate your audio package and are unable to record your own narration we will arrange to record you over the phone or through a web chat service. An audio button will be placed on your website. Visitors to your site must click the button to hear the audio.

Video Package: $75 per video Turn your photos and/or home videos into a "commercial" displayed on your website. Photos will be placed into a slideshow format when used. Price includes use of our catalog of sound effects, background music, video effects, all pictures in the Banner Publications library, and narration by you or one of our staff. If you choose to narrate your video and are unable to record your own narration we will arrange to record you over the phone or through a web chat service. A video window will be placed on your website. Visitors to your site must click the video to start it.

Flash Animation Advertisement: $55 + $1 per second thereafter A short, custom animation can be created for display on your website. The animation will serve as an additional advertisement on your website. Typically, these animations are less than 10 seconds in duration. The animation can continuously replay for as long as the visitor remains on your site, or it can be arranged to stop. Animations can be with our without sound (recommended). This price includes all labor involved in creating a 10 second or less animation. Longer animations can be created but an additional $1 will be added for each second added.

Website Layout Re-design: $100 per page If you want to have your custom website re-designed for whatever reason a $100 per page fee can be applied. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, significant changes in the overall layout, color, font, and background.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By becoming a client of Banner Publications you are agreeing to these terms. Please contact us at 309/785-5058 for any concerns or questions. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Thank you for your time ? we appreciate your business!

CANCELLATION POLICY All clients are bound to a one-year contract. If the contract is broken before the annual renewal date, a $200 cancellation fee will apply. All fees paid prior to the cancellation are non-refundable. The contract goes into effect as soon as the client's website is online.

COPYRIGHT Custom web page designs and the photos contained therein (unless provided by the client) are copyright to Banner Publications. Copyright on these items is retained after contract termination. If a contract is terminated and the client wishes to move their website exactly as it was created by Banner Publications to another company or server the following conditions will apply: the website must retain a "Designed by Banner Publications" label in a clearly visible area in no less than 10pt font on the homepage of the site; all photos provided by Banner Publications will have a Banner Publications watermark placed upon them.

If the web page design is altered from how it was designed at Banner Publications, then the client is NOT required to display "Designed by Banner Publications." Banner Publications reserves the right to determine the significance of the deviation from the original design.

LIABILITY By using our web design service, you agree to never hold Banner Publications and their staff liable for any damages that your might incur through our services. Should any errors be found, report the errors promptly to our Web Designer at web.banner@ or at 309/785-5058 during regular business hours. Banner Publications will make every effort to correct the error in a timely manner.

PAYMENT A request for payment will be sent by mail to you once the final approval of your website has been received and the website is available for viewing online. This date will be considered as when your contract with us begins. The bill will consist of the one-time design fee, the cost of annual maintenance, and additional services, if any. The payment can be paid in full at the time of the first statement or paid quarterly. Payment options include check or credit card. Please contact us for payment arrangements. Yearly maintenance prices are subject to change.

On the anniversary of your contract a request for payment for yearly maintenance will be sent to you. We will contact you one month prior to your anniversary date to confirm that you wish to continue your contract with us. You may pay annually or quarterly with an approved credit card, debit card, or check. Should you choose to discontinue your contract no penalty will apply to you at this particular time. If we do not hear from you before the anniversary date, we will assume that you wish to continue your contract and a bill will be sent to your listed address with us. If the bill becomes 30 days delinquent maintenance will cease on the website unless your account returns to good standing. If the bill becomes 40 days delinquent the website will be deleted, the contract will be considered terminated, and a $200 cancellation fee will apply to your account.
