Support group focused on exploring different coping skills needed to help deal with anxiety.

Support group that helps TAY participants seeking coping skills for managing depression.

Support group for LGBTQ and Allies who want to engage, and socialize with one another in an open minded and safe environment. Discussion topics revolve around the LGBTQ community.

Support group for TAY individuals who want to engage and discuss friendship topics in a safe and open minded environment.

Socialization group for those looking to improve social skills and socialize with others using board and video games.

Support group on coping skills to effectively manage anger. Support for individuals struggling with anger.

Designed to help TAY discuss and develop life skills needed to live life independently.

Recreational support group to improve overall wellbeing through physical activity and healthy eating styles.

A group that allows you to voice your opinion, make changes and plan events for our TAY Resource Center.

Educates Transitional Age Youth on the skill of healthy cooking as well as planning and clean-up.

Support group available for TAY individuals focused on dealing with both mental health issues and substance abuse.

Educates TAY on building skills of reading comprehension by providing support where members read and discuss literature.

A socialization group tailored to meet the needs of Transitional Age Youth by discussing various topics participants would like to address.

A support group where TAY who are on the autism spectrum can talk about anything; the challenges they are facing due to their disability in a safe and comfortable environment.

The Youth Coordinated Entry System (YCES) makes it easier for youth, ages 16-24, to access housing resources and supportive services who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability and can be linked to available resources in LA county.
