Annual Security Report Notice The University of Phoenix annual security report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported Clery Act crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the University, and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. The report also includes information on the sex offender registry, institutional policies and programs concerning alcohol and other drugs, crime prevention measures, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking and other related matters.
