Great News for the Upcoming School Year!
Starting this upcoming 2019 - 2020 school year, the Information Systems Department will be introducing synchronized passwords for Student accounts. This will allow students to use the same login and password to get access to Computer Systems, G-Suite, D2L/Brightspace, and My Blueprint.
Students can login using the following format :
Username: Legal first name . Legal last name + Anticipated year of graduation (birth year + 18) @YCDSBk12.ca.
Password: First initial of the first name in Uppercase + first initial of the last name in lowercase + student # (Maplewood ID, NOT the OEN).
If the student number is less than six characters in length we will PRE-FILL zero's (0) to make the length up to 6. This ensures a minimum password length of 8 characters.
In the event that a student needs to reset their password or unlock their account, they can do so on any device by visiting myid.ycdsb.ca.
