B. Roll Call/ Programming Round Table

Everyone is present except for one representative from Community. McCroskey is getting ready for their annual male service auction on October 18th at 7pm. McEachern is getting ready for Dad’s weekend and Haunted Hall and is going to have a hall clean up. Regents told a joke. Rogers had a karaoke night on Friday. Scott Coman went apple picking on Saturday. Stevens going to have a children’s Halloween carnival. Streit Perham is working on Dad’s weekend and is going to adopt the orphans. Waller had a good time with their sister hall, Wilmer Davis, at movies night on Friday. Wilmer Davis is excited to have two members from their hall on the PACURH delegation.

1 Additions/ Changes to the Agenda: Remove the second “on the ball award” item VII, Add Chinook Yearbook and Dex Ascuntion from Pacific Islanders Association to Guests, and Switch items A and B under New Business.

1. Chinook Yearbook: wants to let everyone know that the Chinook contracts are due this Wednesday, October 15th. Please contact the Chinook if you have any problems getting your contract in by this date.

2. Dex Ascuntion, Pacific Islanders Association: FASA: “Wonderful Tonight” Fundraising Dance 9pm-1am Oct 18th in CUB ballroom. $6 for singles, $10 for couples.

4. ASWSU:

a. Senate:

i. New Chief of Staff, Peter Eichman confirmation coming up on Wednesday

ii. New to Cable 8, before Senate meetings on Wednesday nights at 7:15pm there will be introductions.

iii. ASWSU vs. ASUI football game, practice was on Sunday

iv. Confirmed District 2 senator last Wednesday and 3 new judicial board members.

v. S and A fees will be reopened and are getting board members set up.

vi. IMPORTANT: Bill 33-09 GPA bill will be coming up this Wednesday.

b. Exec:

i. Neil Uhrig: Jesse and Lars in meetings now.

ii. Execs have been working on the readership program.

iii. Working on a Tuition plan.

iv. There have been changes to the ASWSU office so come and check that out.

a. WSU Fall Hip Hop series: CUB 8pm-11pm, Friday Oct 17th and Dec 5th, $5 pre-sale ticket available in CUB West entrance. $8 at the door.

b. An evening with Michael Moore, Oct 24th 8pm @ Beasley. $10 w/ student ID, $15 for gen. public.

I. Public Testimony:

1 Kristine Reeves, NRHH recognition chair. OTMs are due the Thursday before the 15th of every month. OTM workshop is at 6pm every last Thursday of every month. OTMs that won: Educational Program: "Sex in the Plex", RA: Caleb Owten, Spotlight: Dave Kemp,

2 Zach Wartz: Speaks about bylaw amendments that were brought to RHA. Wants to speak in support of Brandon Brackett.

3 Monique RED from Campus involvement: SOLE (Strengthening out leadership experience) conference will be on Sunday from 11:30am-4pm. Call campus involvement at 5-9667 for registration, due Thursday.

D. Carry Fass and March Smith: Wants to thank everyone for their support with the Laramie Project.

II. On The Ball Award: goes to McCroskey Hall for having an awesome community this year.

III. Open Forum:

4 Waller: passes a letter around from the NRHH president.

B. Orton: please keep your Pop Tabs: Please recycle your pop bottles after the meeting. Walls are going up in the Haunted Hall. Government meeting have move to Tuesday at 9pm. Apologizes for miscommunication at last meeting regarding NRHH amendments. Listen to the radio for the Haunted Hall advertising

C. Stevens: is under the opinion that the GPA doesn’t conflict in ASWSU bylaws and ASWSU constitution and would like to see GPA raised for senators.

IV. Old Business:

A. PACURH Travel Funding Proposal: Duncan Dunn moves to approve requested amount, Rogers Seconds, call to question, roll call vote 46-0-4

5 Bylaw motion and amendment:

Orton moves to amend art 7 sec 8 in the bylaws, Stevens seconds, call to question, roll call vote, 51-0-0

V. Haymon Trivia: answer from last week: Canterbury Tales, new question answer due after midnight Wednesday

VI. New Business:

A. 2nd Annual Dad’s Weekend Luau Show Funding Proposal: Requesting $500 will go towards making outfits and research materials. Tickets start selling tomorrow, can purchase them at the office.

B. NRHH Constitution and Bylaw Amendments

C. Blacklight Dance Funding Proposal: Requesting $677.92. Finance committee recommendation of full amount.

D. Rogers Halloween Dance Funding Proposal: requesting $700 for decorations and prizes and cougar security. Finance recommendation will be presented next week

VII. NRHH

6 Bid writing will be at 4:30 in RHA office tomorrow

7 Executive meeting is at 7pm Thursday in CUB 110.

8 Bingo at a Retirement Home

D. Dark side of Oz during Fall Hall week

E. 41 people were nominated to get into NRHH, please fill out applications.

VIII. Position/ Committee Reports

9 President/Presidents Focus:

Parking appeals board applications will be available Wednesday at 5pm. 2 Members from RHA can sit on this board.

Presidents Focus moved to Sunday October 26th

10 Executive Vice President/ RAC:

Contacted Res. Life regarding Res. Life Job duties and Forums.

11 DAA/ PR:

Apologizes for minutes not getting to everyone, also if anyone needs any advertising done please fill out Public Relations Advertising form.

12 Dir. of Finance/ Finance

Had 1st committee meeting and getting scholarship information together. Office Hours have changed to Monday 5:30-6:30, Wednesday 6:30-7:30, and Thursday 10-11.

13 NCC/ EIC

PACURH social 17 out of 18 people showed up, John Cory, Brandon, Kevin, and Haymon were the selection committee. Delegation will consist of John Cory, Kevin Moe, Brandon Brackett, Christopher Haymon, Diana Brandon, Andrew Schauer, Heather Aldrich, Diana Beaulaurier, Kathy Monton, Marc Weeks.

14 Dir. of Programming/ Programming

Fall Hall week: Things to look forward to: pre fall hall week, theme I love the 80’s lobby decorating, music, games, fashion, TV shows, dark side of oz w/ NRHH and philanthropy.

15 Dir. of Fundraising/ Fundraising:

Car wash was cancelled because of weather, readership program is up and running

IX. Advisors Moment:

16 SOLE leadership, get registered through campus involvement.

17 IM sports due dates coming up:
