THINGS TO NOTE

PingID is the Partnership's login tool for apps like the Intranet, Google and Workday.

We're using it across the business to cut down on the passwords you have to remember and provide better information security.

Use of PingID is mandatory if you want to access Workday on a personal device or on an untrusted (ie non-Partnership) network.

On first login, it's mandatory for users to either register for PingID or to opt out by contacting the helpdesk / raising a Service Now request.

For more information about using and installing PingID, visit johnlewispartnership.co.uk/pingid.

Note that PingID does not need you to encrypt your phone, and it does not allow the Partnership access to your data. It's just a method of verifying your user credentials and sending you a passcode so that you can log in to Partnership systems securely.

Users will be signed out of Workday automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity.

If you are logging onto Workday using a shared device, remember to always log out manually at the end of your session.

If you do not log into Workday for more than 90 days, your account will be locked and you will have to contact the PITSC to reset your password.
