Employees are paid twice a month - on the 15th and 30th for a thirty-day month and the 16th and 31st for a thirty-one day month. Sometimes delays in receiving paychecks from the State Auditor's office or delays resulting from the postal service will cause employees to receive their paychecks later than the scheduled payday. ................
