1. Navigate to the registration site:

2. You will need to log into GSMU first. Click on the upper right Login link and enter your Username and Password. The login is the same as your Blackboard Username and Password: Your Username is your Network ID and the Password is Pa$$word1. Then click on Login. By default, Student should be already selected. 3. After you login, your student information will be displayed. Before you continue, please verify your student information and check that all the information is correct. If information is missing such as, Bureau/Office and county please click on the pencil icon to correct it. This is very important to keep updated. To Edit your Student Information, click on the pencil icon in the upper right-hand corner.

4. Correct any misinformation or supply any missing information. Use the drop-down boxes to correct or supply your Bureau/Office and County. When you are done, click the save icon. Note: if any fields are incomplete, the system will not allow you to enroll in a course.

4. To return to the main page and to select your courses for enrollment, click home located at the upper top right of your screen.

5. Note: There are several ways to find courses including using the search function. However, the following instructions use an example of browsing available courses within a particular sub-set of courses: From the menu on the left, click on Academy and select Fully Online:

5. The main window will populate with information about available courses.

6. Information about course availability will be included in the course information box. To enroll in a particular course, click Add to Schedule:

7. At the bottom of the screen click on Enroll.

8. At the next screen, you can either Add More Courses or Proceed to Next Step:

9. If you click on Add More Courses, repeat steps #6 and #7. When you are finished selecting courses in which to enroll, continue to Step #10:

10. To continue with your enrollment, click on Proceed to Next Step:

11. You have now successfully enrolled in the courses selected. Do not be concerned about term "receipt", there are no charges for the classes offered on this DHHR site. You may click on Print Receipt to get a consolidated review of the courses you just enrolled in.

You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox which looks like this (if your email was correct in the student information section):

It will take approximately 10-15 minutes for the course to load into Blackboard after you receive the confirmation email.

To begin the course, log into Blackboard at: using your NetworkID (Username) and Pa$$word1 (Password).

Once logged in, click on the name of a course under My Courses on the home screen of Blackboard to begin a course.

At any time you wish to see the courses for which you are enrolled, click on the My Account link at the top of the page. Your course information will be displayed in the left-hand window.

Use the scroll bar to view the full list of courses for which you are enrolled:
