Check your Apple ID. It must end in appleid. for apps to work properly. Click here or go to the library website to request a DVUSD Apple ID or password reset.

Check iOS. Is it updated?

Some apps won't work without latest iOS update.

Have you installed something through the internet (ex. Bobby HD or Tweakbox)? If you have, these apps will keep other apps from working. Go into Settings, General, Device Management and delete the profile of the app.

Problem app isn't there or won't install

Troubleshooting

Check the number of apps you have available in your school app catalog. The number should be around 240. If you have lower than 235 apps, you have an enrollment issue and will need to re-enroll into your iPad. Save any files you need and click here for re-enroll directions.

Go into settings and check if iOS needs updating. Restart wifi. Delete app and reinstall through school app catalog. (Click on install even if it says it

is installed.) If not able to install for long period of time, save all needed files, then reset iPad

(erase all content and settings). If this is an Apple app and it still resists install, create an OC helpdesk ticket.

Problem can't access Canvas

Troubleshooting Check URL.

URL should be "dvusd.".

Check username and password. Use the same credentials you use to login to a school computer. (Don't type @learner. after your username!)

Open Canvas in the Chrome app. It usually works better there. If at school, check Wifi. Canvas doesn't work with Guest network! Forget Guest

network and use DVUSDmobile network.
