( Personal repentance

( Families** – Repentance on behalf of our families and allowing for generational blessings to come (cleansing of bloodline iniquities or generational sins)

( Our nation/communities** – Repentance on behalf of our nation/communities ** In both Family and National repentance we are standing in the gap on their behalf. It is commonly called identification repentance.

(Judges 11:1- 11)

Dato’ Dr Daniel Ho, Founding Senior Pastor

• Read the scripture passage.

• Do a THREE-MINUTE SUMMARY of the sermon highlighting KEY POINTS – you do not preach the whole sermon again, as the majority of your cell members would have heard the sermon over the previous weekend. In this way, we want to allocate more time for sharing in the cell through the application questions below.

• Transcript of the sermon at:

Encourage your members to memorise and recite the Lords Prayer for the next few weeks

Matthew 6:9-13 New International Version (NIV)

9 “This, then, is how you should pray:

“‘Our Father in heave

hallowed be your name,

10 your kingdom come,

your will be done,

on earth as it is in heaven.

11 Give us today our daily bread.

12 And forgive us our debts,

as we also have forgiven our debtors.

13 And lead us not into temptation,[a]

but deliver us from the evil one.[b]’

Questions for Discussion:

1. What has the Holy Spirit impressed upon your heart whilst reading about the life of Jephthah?

2. Irrespective of background or experience can God raise a Godly leader? If YES please give some examples of this in relation to your life and if NO please give reasons .

3. Life is journey , how can we finish well ? What practical steps must we take to fufill this objective?

4. There are always challenges in leadership-external and internal. How do we deal with this challenge?

Please share answered Prayers in CG compile and pass on to Zone Pastor. Please do this as often as you meet so as to create a culture of open sharing amongst cell members .
