Purchase Instructions

Exclusively for AAA Clubs

As a benefit of AAA's special alliance with Ford Motor Company, AAA clubs can save two ways on select model year vehicles purchased at participating U.S. Ford dealers:

To obtain your exclusive AAA/Ford CPA Incentives: ? Notify your participating Ford dealer of your AAA affiliation prior to purchase and present

the instructions on page 2, or provide AAA Fleet Identification Number (FIN code) LF015 and Option Code "56A". Failure to provide this information at the time of purchase will result in forfeiture of the incentive. ? Receive dealer invoice savings immediately off purchase price (see AAA rebate form for details). ? Submit a completed AAA/Ford Rebate Request Form and a copy of the sales agreement to AAA Senior Account Executive, Chelcea Fowler (cfowler@national.) within 90 days of purchase to receive a $100 cash-back rebate from AAA.

Dealer/Fleet Management Company Ordering and Out of Stock Purchase Instructions

Dealer/Fleet Management Company Ordering Instructions ? Use the proper Fleet Identification Number (FIN) of LF015 on each order. All units must be reported sold

as fleet, using the AAA LF015 FIN code, and coded with "56A" to count toward volume requirements and/or be eligible for CPA payment. ? The option code "56A" will take the place of the 56M (National Fleet Incentive) code. "56A" will be the CPA designator. ? Note, option code "56A" is not compatible with any Retail, Dealer Cash, or Retail Greater Than Fleet incentive program (unless otherwise stated in the specific program) and could result in a dealer charge back if previously paid.

ORDERED UNITS ? Once a CPA offer is established in the Ford system, CONCEPTS will automatically populate option code

"56A" on all vehicles associated with the AAA FIN code. With AAA's off-invoice program, use of option code "56A" will cause CPA payments to be off-invoice. (Please note, if orders are placed before the CPA offer is established in the Ford system, those orders will not receive the CPA credit off-invoice. In this case, payment will be directed to AAA once the unit is reported sold.) In addition, "56A" will prompt the applicable credit to be deducted from the vehicle invoice. ? Dealers will not be able to remove the option code "56A" from an order and will need to contact the FCIC (1-800-34-Fleet) to request the removal of option code "56A". ? The CPA incentive will be paid and viewable as a line item on the invoice when the invoice is returned from Ford, in 7-10 business days. ? To complete the incentive, AAA sends a $100 cash rebate check to the purchaser (not applicable on all vehicle makes and models, and only valid when a AAA Cash Back Rebate form is filled out by the purchaser, and sent to AAA). Purchaser should see their local AAA club for more details or contact AAA at the below number. ? Dealer/Fleet Management Companies must report the vehicle sold to AAA's FIN code along with the applicable fleet delivery type (i.e. Delivery Type = 7 for sale of unit from dealer to fleet customer; Delivery type = D for sale of unit to a leasing company for subsequent lease to the fleet customer). Additionally, provide AAA's FIN information on the report of sale (except for leasing companies on automatic sales reporting).

OUT OF STOCK PURCHASE PROCESS ? When a vehicle is sold from Stock and the dealer reports the sale correctly (Fleet Sale using LF015), then

the next day, the dealer should request to re-invoice the vehicle and add option code 56A (important step; triggers CPA payment to selling dealer). Dealers/leasing management companies should then add option code "56A" in CONCEPTS to all stock units after they are reported sold/re-invoiced to AAA. After the sale has been reported and accepted in the Ford System (CONCEPTS), CPA incentives will be paid directly to the Selling Dealer, via the Fleet Integrated Marketing Payment Statements (FIMPS), at the end of the month in which the vehicle is reported sold. Dealers/leasing management companies will be able to reinvoice units that are coded "56M' to "56A". The Ford Motor Company dealer should apply the CPA Incentive amount as a reduction to the vehicles' invoice price at the time of sale/delivery. ? Dealers/Fleet Management Companies must report the vehicle sold to AAA's FIN code along with the applicable fleet delivery type (i.e. Delivery type = 7 for sale of unit from dealer to fleet customer; Delivery type = D for sale of unit to a leasing company for subsequent lease to the fleet customer). Additionally, provide AAA's FIN information on the reort of sale (except for leasing companies on automatic sales reporting).

The remaining CPA incentive will be sent to AAA to complete the incentive transaction, AAA sends a $100 cash rebate check on eligible makes and models to the purchaser when they fill out a rebate form within 90 days of purchase and send it to AAA.

Failure to provide this information at the time of purchase will result in forfeiture of the AAA/Ford CPA

incentives. Vehicles sold from dealer Stock ? incentives will be paid directly to the Selling Dealer, via the

Fleet Integrated Marketing Payment Statement (FIMPS), at the end of the month in which the vehicle is

reported sold. The Ford Motor Company dealer should apply the incentive amounts indicated as a reduction

Rebate requests must be postmarked/mailed to the AAA National office within 90 days from the purchase delivery date. Rebate requests submitted after 90 days will be ineligible. Forward the completed rebate form and a copy of the sales agreement to Chelcea Fowler, Account Executive, Service Provider Benefit Programs, AAA National Office, 1000 AAA Drive, M.S. #33, Heathrow, FL 32746.

Offer conditions:

1) Purchasers must notify the Ford dealer of their affiliation with AAA at the time of purchase, inclusive of providing the AAA Fleet Identification Number LF015-AAA and Option code (56A) in order to earn the Ford CPA incentive amounts. Otherwise incentives will be forfeited.

2) A copy of the sales agreement must be attached to this form in order to process the incentive/rebate request. Incentive/rebate requests received that are not fully completed or are without sales agreements attached will be returned to clubs. 3) Rebate requests must be postmarked/mailed to the AAA National office within 90 days from the purchase delivery date. Rebate requests submitted after 90 days will be ineligible and rebates will be forfeited. 4) Please allow four to eight weeks to receive your rebate check. Checks will be issued to the purchaser exactly as listed on the attached sales agreement.

5) Available in the US Only. This offer is not transferable and may not be combined with any other Ford incentive.

6) The Ford Off Invoice incentive is applicable to new 2020 model year vehicles purchased on or after 7/01/19 through authorized Ford dealers and cannot be combined with any other retail or commercial account programs. Vehicles equipped with Ford cab and chassis purchased at tow truck distributors are not eligible for this incentive. 7) Incentives paid on vehicles purchased will be based on the dealers' original order date. 2020 vehicles ordered prior to 7/01/19 will receive Off Invoice incentives based on the 2019 AAA program amounts. See 2019 AAA/Ford Rebate form for details.

8) This offer replaces previous offers and is only available to AAA clubs and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior written notice.
