ONCE!I strongly suggest reading the Better Business Bureau report on them, Ziprecruiter, Inc. because there has been at least 5 "reported" and "closed" complaint with the BBB and they have only an A- rating which they seem to be very proud of!!!I did not file a complaint with BBB but here is my story any way.? This happened roughly 6 to 9 months ago.-- I saw Zip's Ad on Google for job posting distribution, and they had a 50% off deal.? -- I submitted my payment, 10 days later , and we only had 8 resumes submitted!!!? May be 10 at most.-- I called them, and asked what is going on.? They said that they wanted another $99 and they will give us another 86 resumes!? I told them I had already paid, and this was not even for my business but a friend who was working at an Israeli company at that time!? The woman who answered the phone did say that they do not like recruiters because they don't want their resume database scraped!?!? I said I am not a recruiter, and just helping out a friend.? They could not care less, and kept insisting on more payment, to give us more resumes. They did give me a link that showed they had posted the Ad to Indeed.? But they were not going to give us any more resumes unless they got paid $99 more.It was a very creepy experience.One last thing.? I did Google "theResumator vs ZipRecruiter" and I got this page Side-by-Side Comparison which is published by zipRecruiter itself!? The joke part is on Business Credibility & Trustworthiness section where Ziprecruiter gives itself a 5 star and the Resumator a 3 star!!!?
