The body mass index (BMI), or Quetelet index, is a measure of relative weight based on an individual's mass and height.

1. Calculate your body mass index use one of the following equations

3. Predict your BMI using the nomogram at this station by connecting a ruler from your height to your weight.

5. Use the body composition monitor to calculate your BMI and your % body fat
