Happy New Year! Beginning with the January 15, 2016 payroll, all Caldwell-West Caldwell Board of Education salaries will be paid by Direct Deposit.

Additionally, your pay stub will be available online at a new Employee Portal. We are no longer printing direct deposit payroll notification stubs that you previously received in an envelope on payday. Your 2015 W-2 will be the final document you receive in an envelope.

We expect that you will enjoy the convenience of having all of your check stubs in a secure on-line account, available 24 hours a day for viewing, printing, emailing and saving ? all at your specific direction.

The pay stubs will be available at the following secure portal, which will be available on January 15, 2016:

You may want to bookmark or save one or both of these links to your favorites.

IMPORTANT: You cannot log into the Employee Portal until January 15, 2016, the date on which your first pay stub for 2016 will be uploaded.

At the Employee Portal, your User ID is your last name followed by the last four digits of your social security number; for example "Smith1234". It is not case sensitive. For your first login, also use the last four digits of your Social Security number as a password. You will be required to change the password immediately after login, answer 4 security questions, and enter the email address you wish to be contacted at. Then you can view your check stubs. Next year, your 2016 W-2 will be available online as soon as year-end processing is complete. All forms will be kept securely on-line for 7 years.
