As we approach the end of 2014, I am reflecting on all that we have accom-plished so far this year. One product stands out as a big step forward ? the addition of VISA Credit Cards. We designed a "Choose

for Cash, Air Travel or Merchandise. You Choose! In this highly competitive market, we didn't

want just any old card. We know that you have your choice of an endless number of cards. We wanted our card not

only to tell the world that you belong to a Catholic credit union, but the program needed to be the best in the market.

We feel we did that.

We had SLB Consulting send out a survey to a "statistically significant sample" of members to see how we are doing. The first thing they noticed was that nearly 50% of you completed the 4 page survey and returned it! That is unheard of in the survey business! That tells us that we have a special relationship with our members, but we already knew that didn't we? I can also share with you that across the board the responses were overwhelmingly positive. However, there was one area that was pointed out in the comments section. Members have had problems getting through on the phones during peak times. Thank you for letting us know. Based on that feedback I am in the process of purchasing a new phone system to better manage incoming calls and all of our phone traffic. Watch for that by year's end. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us, good and bad.
